Our approach

New perspectives. Practical follow-through.

We don't recommend change simply for the sake of change. We help organizations see what is working, where progress is getting stuck, and what a different perspective could make possible.

01

Start with your reality

Your goals, your team, and the people you serve.

02

Connect the pieces

Ideas, expertise, relationships, and resources.

03

Move into action

Clear decisions, practical next steps, and hands-on support.

Selected experience

Broad experience. Connected thinking.

Our work moves between executive decisions and on-the-ground implementation, across education, technology, and workforce systems.

What grounds us

Opportunity is part of the strategy.

We believe rigorous learning and meaningful career opportunities should be accessible to more people. That commitment shapes how we approach programs, partnerships, and organizational decisions—with particular attention to women and communities historically underrepresented in STEM and technology.

Why GO?

Get Outside.
Then bring the insight in.

GO began with a belief in the power of learning beyond familiar environments.

Today, Get Outside means looking beyond business as usual: connecting with different perspectives, drawing on expertise across disciplines, and finding solutions beyond an organization's own ecosystem.
